Our Energy Saving PMSM Big HVLS Fan D-500B has very low power consumption and can quietly provide sufficient airflow when installed on the roof. Very suitable for places such as industrial workshops, warehouses, or other public spaces.
To reduce weight and improve strength, we used 3D computer modeling to design a high-efficiency PMSM HVLS fan, and used aluminum alloy material to build the fan body. In addition, the blade uses a high-strength aluminum alloy material to increase strength, and the blade has a drill powder coating to reduce friction.
We've also redesigned a lighter motor which can still out put a lot of power.

How does it work
The principle behind the extra large ceiling fan is to move a very large amount of air by using large-diameter fan blades rotating at a low speed to break up the stratified air layer. The low speed of the fan makes it more efficient to convert electrical energy into useful laminar flow, rather than generating wasteful turbulence and resistance at higher speeds-which ultimately only generates unwanted heat. These large blades move more air than their smaller ceiling fans, usually 5-20 times, and have the same cooling effect. No other cooling system can be as energy-efficient as a system using HVLS industrial fans. In fact, research shows that companies can reduce or even completely eliminate the use of expensive air conditioning systems through optimized extra large ceiling fan solutions. Some extra large ceiling fan vendors provide 3D thermodynamic models of customer rooms, which proves the effectiveness of extra large ceiling fan as a cost-effective air cooling system.
